President Donald Trump has raised more than $7 million since Special Counsel Jack Smith announced his indictment last week.
This happened with Trump’s first indictment when he raised $4 million within the first 24 hours after the news broke that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg had indicted him in April.

Trump’s campaign issued a press release after fundraising numbers hit $6.6 million.
However, a Trump campaign source told Breitbart News the number is now well over $7 million.
“Since deranged Jack Smith took the unprecedented step of weaponizing the justice system to attack his political opponent, Donald J. Trump for President 2024 has raised more than $6.6 million in just a few short days,” the press release read.
According to the Trump campaign, it raised $2.1 million of the $7 million at an event held at the Trump National Golf Club Bedminster in New Jersey, just hours after the 45th president’s first court appearance.

“The American people will not stand for this corrupt attempt to interfere in the 2024 election against the leading candidate for President who will demolish the Deep State and finish the job of draining the Swamp,” the press release added.
“Universal polling both nationally and statewide has shown President Trump holding insurmountable leads and is the only candidate who can beat Joe Biden in a general election, ” the press release continued.
Trump was indicted on 37 counts stemming from Smith’s investigation into his handling of White House documents.
Trump appeared in federal court in Miami on Tuesday for his first court appearance in the criminal proceedings against him.
As The Daily Fetched reported on Wednesday, Trump’s attorney Christina Bobb ripped Biden’s Justice Department, saying her client was “100 percent” allowed to possess the classified materials.
Bobb told Newsmax that Trump’s authorization comes from the Presidential Records Act, adding that the DOJ and FBI mistreated Trump compared to Joe Biden and Vice President Mike Pence, who also had classified materials in their possession.
“Donald Trump was 100% authorized to keep everything he kept. And it was actually the Department of Justice that actually had to return materials because they took things they were not allowed to possess and had to return them,” Bobb noted further.
“President Trump had every right to have possession of those documents. And the only statute that applies to Donald Trump on this is the Presidential Records Act 44 U.S.C. Section 2203 Alpha, which specifically says the president and only the president is the one who has authority to make this call,” she told Newsmax.
