Conservative firebrand Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) unleashed on a British reporter from The Times of London at the Republican National Convention (RNC) this week.
The confrontation came when the reporter Jo Crawford questioned Greene about J.D. Vance‘s remarks about the United Kingdom becoming the first “Islamist country” under the newly elected Prime Minister Kier Starmer’s Labour government.
“Well, let’s talk about the words of the Democrats and Joe Biden that have also labeled President Trump as a fascist, labeled all of us as not Lee’s and Hitler, completely lied, demonizing him so much so that a young man, a 20 year old, which is hard to imagine, actually climbed onto a roof and tried to murder President Trump,” Greene shot back at the reporter.
“This is the first time you’ve ever talked to me,” Greene said.
“I want you to know I’m a regular person like you. I’m also a mom.”
“I have three kids. We have to put up with the most unreal amount of bullsh*t because of little liars like you that take your job and turn it into political activism.”

“You’re the cause of our country being divided,” Greene said, firmly pointing her finger at the reporter.
“You’re the cause of President Trump almost being assassinated.”
“You’re done. Yeah, go back,” she yelled.
On Monday, Donald Trump announced Vance as his vice presidential candidate in a Truth Social post.
The former president described Vance as “best suited to assume the position of Vice President.”
Vance voted for independent candidate Evan McMullin during Trump’s initial presidential campaign.
He openly declared himself a “never Trump guy.”
However, Vance shifted when he began his own Senate campaign and sought Trump’s endorsement.
Vance expressed remorse over his previous views in 2021, stating, “I regret ‘being wrong about’ Trump and ask people not to judge.
