E Jean Carroll may sue Donald Trump again after his comments about her on the CNN Town Hall, according to reports.
Carroll said her lawyer, Roberta A. Kaplan, had sent her the transcript of Trump’s comments and that she had read only the first paragraph.
“Everything’s on the table, obviously, and we have to give serious consideration to it,” Carroll’s lawyer Roberta Kaplan said.
“We have to weigh the various pros and cons, and we’ll come to a decision in the next day or so, probably.”

E. Jean Carroll is weighing whether to file a new defamation lawsuit against former President Donald J. Trump in the wake of his diatribe against her during a CNN town hall Wednesday night, when he said her claim of a decades-old sexual assault was “fake” and a “made-up story,” her lawyer said on Thursday.
“It’s just stupid, it’s just disgusting, vile, foul, it wounds people,” Carroll said in an interview with The New York Times, adding that she had been “insulted by better people.”
E Jean Carroll said she was infuriated when her longtime stylist told her that her 15-year-old son was talking about what Trump said on CNN.
E Jean Carroll alleged Donald Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the 1990s in New York.
Trump has repeatedly denied the allegations and called E Jean Carroll a “whack job” who’s “not my type.”
Trump blasted Carroll during Wednesday night’s CNN town hall.
“What kind of a woman meets somebody and brings them up, and within minutes, you’re playing hanky-panky in a dressing room?” Mr. Trump said.

The civil jury in Carroll’s defamation lawsuit found the 45th president liable for sexual abuse and defaming her, awarding her $5 million in damages.
But Trump was unfazed by the jury verdict noting his “poll numbers went up” during a CNN Town Hall, proving the public is not buying the charade.
“Usually, you leave office, you say, ‘I’m sorry, but I’m going back home. I’m back home to my family and everything. I’m going to be reserved,'” Trump said.
“My poll numbers went up, and they went up with the other fake charge too. Because what’s happening is they’re doing this for election interference. This woman, I don’t know her. I never met her. I have no idea who she is.”
