Joe Biden was caught repeatedly licking a visibility terrified young child during his stop in Helsinki, Finland, on Thursday.
Biden was at his last stop while attending the 2023 NATO summit when the bizarre licking incident occurred.
Throughout Biden’s trip, many embarrassing incidents have occurred, but the “licking” incident appears to be the icing on the cake.
If I was managing Biden’s presidential campaign, I would first tell him, “Listen, Joe, no more sniffing or licking, ok?”
However, there doesn’t appear to be anyone telling Biden not to sniff or lick kids; if they are, he is ignoring them.

In the video, you see Biden leaning in to lick the child, who clutches her mother for dear life.
You can see the child recoil in horror as Biden lurches in to begin his licking.
Biden then leans back momentarily for a breather before leaning back in an attempt to smell (or kiss?) the visibly terrified young child.
Basic boundaries are important, even with children who are closely related, never mind a child of parents you don’t know.
But this doesn’t appear to matter to Biden.
Over and over, Biden has been caught crossing lines in his public interactions with children, and each time the backlash on social media shows that people think it’s creepy.
But Biden keeps doing it anyway!
