Conservative new host and author Mark Levin went scorched earth against the corrupt DOJ for “destroying” America.
Levin said the Biden Administration has now thrown the country into crisis.
Now the DOJ is “interfering in the 2024 election” to stop Trump, Mark Levin said.
“This department is destroying America,” Levin began.
“It is destroying the 2024 Election. It has criminalized politics.”
“If we don’t break the back of the Department of Justice, it will destroy this country.”

Last month, Levin said the indictment of Trump was an “insurrection” and election interference.
“President Trump is 76 years old. If the Department of Justice gets its way, he will die in federal prison,” Levin began.
“Just by one of these counts, conspiracy to obstruct justice, which has a 20-year maximum sentence. This is a disgusting, disgusting mark on American history, for the future to come by these bandits in the White House, by the Democrat Party,” he said.
“They don’t play fair anymore. They want to take control of the country. They want a one-party rule. And they have used the Department of Justice and the FBI to get what they want,” he added.
As The Daily Fetched reported last week, the DOJ and special counsel Jack Smith spent a whopping $9 million of taxpayer dollars in just four months investigating Trump for his alleged mishandling of classified documents and a Jan 6-related case.
According to new financial disclosures, the DOJ spent just $1.2 million investigating President Joe Biden’s alleged mishandling of classified documents.
Smith spent approximately $5.5 million from November 18, 2022, to March 31, 2023, investigating Trump, and agencies within the DOJ contributed around $3.8 million.
Concerning the Biden documents case, just $615,962 was spent from January 12 to March 31, 2023, while other DOJ agencies contributed approximately $572,185.
